🌞📚SAN Midorino Children’s Club! ☀️
Today was scorching hot, and the children’s water bottles seemed to evaporate instantly! Our trusty air conditioner worked hard to keep the workspace cooler for everyone.
During the English for Everyone session, the children delved into various topics. They explored daily routines, discussed today’s weather and date, and engaged in interactive learning.

In Silver Group 1’s English lesson, they started with a phonics review, focusing on words with the long “a” sound like cake, lake, make, bake, May, play, pay, day, and many more. They also revisited the present continuous tense, practicing asking and answering questions such as “What is he/she/it doing?” and “What are you/they doing?”
A lively short English conversation:
– “Where are you from?”
– “I’m from France. 🇫🇷”
– “Oh, you speak English very well!”
– “Thank you very much.”
Additionally, they learned numbers and engaged in a fun role-play activity focused on telling the time.

In Silver Group 2’s English lesson, they honed their skills in reading, text comprehension, writing, and filling in the gaps. The focus was on practicing the simple past tense with regular verbs.
Both indoors and outdoors, the children played and participated in various activities. Towards the end of the day, they all cleaned up the space, with each child choosing an area to tidy.
